For all scheduled appointments there is a 15 minute grace period. Failure to come by the 15 minute grace period may result in a penalty fee of $25. If time permits you will be charged the penalty fee in addition to your services or rescheduled for a later date in which the fee will then be due.

 

As a courtesy we ask for a 48 hour notice for all cancelations and rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee of $25, payable by or before your next visit. This policy is out of respect of the stylist, assistant and most importantly other clients' time in the salon.

 

We do understand that emergencies arise and it will be taken into consideration before any penalties are applied.

 

For all sew in appointments there is a $50 non refundable, non transferable deposit due at the time of scheduling. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling we ask for a 72 hour notice.

 

Please be mindful that children are not permitted unless being serviced.

 

Your visit to our salon may be the only time you or our other clients have all day to relax. We strive to create an atmosphere of tranquility for all of our clients. Plan to enjoy this time by avoiding constantly ringing phones and unattended children. This is your time and you deserve it!!

 

As payment we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and cash. for all card transactions there's a 2.75% service charge.
